A dog and her puppies have been found dumped in an Ikea bag.The shocking find has been condemned by Val Phillips of the Warlingham-based Valgrays animal rescue group, who has taken charge of the abandoned animals.Mrs Phillips: "What sort of person could just dump a bag full of mum and her babies?"I just cannot understand, The mum is only a babe herself."The news has prompted widespread online condemnation and rage from animal lovers.
