Surrey Police were busy last night patrolling the streets for Hallowe'en and the Tandridge beat arrested four people in the early hours of the morning in Godstone.
The people were arrested for criminal damage and fighting in a public place that disturbs the peace and one person was arrested for grievous bodily harm at Ockleys Mead.
