AN East Surrey adult education charity has launched a campaign to save at least 350 courses that may be cut in a government spending review.Members of the Workers' Educational Association (WEA), who work in partnership with East Surrey College, provide 350 courses for 3,500 students, from self-esteem to IT and upholstery.The Government's Department for Business Innovation and Skills, which funds the WEA, has been asked by the Chancellor to find cuts of 25 to 40 per cent for the spending...
