JASON PUNCHEON has sung the praises of manager Alan Pardew, admitting the Crystal Palace boss has given the squad the "belief" they were craving.
Under Pardew, who took the reins at Selhurst Park in January, Palace have seen a remarkable turnaround in fortunes and are looking capable of challenging for a spot in Europe this season.
