WITH German and French license plates, around ten caravans have been spotted in the Gloucester Road car park in Redhill.Speaking in Romanian accents, a group of men, women and children have set up their caravans on the site.Reigate and Banstead bourough council own the site that neighbours St Matthew's Church of England School in Linkfield Lane.Surrey Police were notified by a concerned resident.
