A CCTV image of a man has been released by Surrey Police in connection with an assault which resulted in the victim suffering a dislocated finger.The suspect dislocated the victim's finger when he grabbed the victim's car keys at Asda car park in Reigate Road at around 3.15pm on September 13.He then allegedly used a bottle opener to key the victim's car and caused damage to his Citreon ZX.The suspect was with a woman and three children at the time and is described as white, 5ft 7in, of slim or...
