PARAMEDICS were called to Oxted Health Centre this afternoon, after a person reportedly collapsed outside the surgery.Ambulance workers were seen administering CPR to a man near the Gresham Road GP centre at around 5.30pm.We have asked South East Coast Ambulance Service for more details.
