A Warlingham man who had been charged with making explosives has walked free from court after the case was discontinued.Duncan Railton, 43, had been accused of making explosives for unlawful purposes has been discontinued.It followed a three-day police investigation, backed by a search team in chemical suits, at his semi-detached house in Cranmer Close in March.But Guildford Crown Court heard on June 8 that the Crown Prosecution Service was dropping the case against him.
