Robert Fidler has been given one more month to demolish the mock Tudor home he built in secret.
A High Court ruling scheduled for today was due to decide whether Fidler had complied with the court order requiring him to tear down the home he built unlawfully on green belt land at Honeycrock Farm.
However Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, which has been locked in a legal battle with the farmer for more than 10 years, applied to adjourn the court hearing.
