JJ Whispers closed for the final time early on Sunday morning.
After nine years, the popular Reigate club is now shut for a complete overhaul, after which it will be named Mishiko.
Last weekend was the final chance for people to experience the Church Street venue in its current form and, as predicted by staff beforehand, it was packed out.
The club will now be refurbished before it reopens in about four weeks' time, following its sale earlier this year.
