East Surrey MP Sam Gyimah has extended his congratulations to Theresa May, as she becomes the Conservative Party's new leader.
Mr Gyimah used Facebook to congratulate Mrs May, who was announced as leader earlier this afternoon following Andrea Leadsom's decision to withdraw from the leadership contest.
