Mirror reader Marion Cook called in to our Redhill office last week and showed us some fascinating Scouting magazines dating back 83 years.She had in her hand three issues of The Pioneer, the magazine of the Earlswood 2nd Reigate Scouts, produced in 1933.Redhill-born Mrs Cook, 79, now of Seaford, Sussex, found the magazines when clearing her late brother, Peter Wakeman's, bungalow in Peacehaven, Sussex, after he died in October 2014.The pages paint a vivid description of our local Scouting scene...
