A fourth man has been arrested in connection with a public order incident in Redhill's Timperely Gardens on Sunday night.
Dozens of officers swarmed the area at the weekend after witnesses reported seeing a man with a weapon on a balcony of a flat.
Surrey Police attended at 7.50pm and carried out a search of the address but the man was not located.
