A driver crashed her car into the River Thames after having a "medical episode" this evening.
The car - a silver VW Polo - hit a tree before becoming partially submerged in the river. The driver was rescued from the car by firefighters.
It is believe that the driver - a woman in her 40s - suffered a "medical episode" at the wheel and she has been taken to St Peter's Hospital in Chertsey with head injuries.
