A new ramp was lowered into place this evening after complaints from shoppers about access to the Sainsbury's in
Redhill.
During the first few days thousands of shoppers have struggled up the steps with trolleys - because the existing ramp was too narrow to allow two trolleys to pass each other.
After the boss from Sainsbury's heard complaints from shoppers he promised to put up a larger ramp to help those with trolleys, wheelchairs and pushchairs.
