Patients and visitors to Epsom Hospital are subject to some of the highest car parking fees in the country.Figures from the Health and Social Care Information Centre show patients at the hospital are charged on average £2.16 an hour at the hospital while staff were charged on average 17p an hour in 2015/16 - an increase of 16p an hour for patients from 2014/15.This is more than East Surrey Hospital which charges on average £1 an hour for patients and 8p an hour for staff.In response...
