HOMES for 19 vulnerable families have been built in Redhill.West Mount, which has replaced Colne House on the corner of North Street and Linkfield Lane, was officially opened last month by the Mayor of Reigate and Banstead, Joan Spiers.The building provides 19 self-contained temporary homes which will be offered to homeless families.Owners Raven Housing Trust were granted planning permission in 2012 to demolish Colne House, which used to provide sheltered housing.
