At least 131 trains run by Govia Thameslink have been cancelled or delayed before 8am this morning.
According to an independently run rail data website trains.im, the rail operator has run 65 per cent of trains on time or up to 10 minutes late.
Around 382 rail services were due to run on the network but instead commuters were left stranded at platforms.
