POLICE investigating the death of Redhill soldier Ben Regan in a suspected hit-and-run incident have rebailed a man.Ben, a member of Number 7 Company Coldstream Guards, was declared dead at the scene of the collision close to Joules bar in Bell Street in Reigate on June 20. He was 20 years old.A man in his 20s was arrested the following day on suspicion of several driving offences.Surrey Police officers have now re-bailed him until October 14 while investigations into the incident...
